Those that fit in:
- Taking the kids to see granny
- Work
- Writing articles
- Cleaning
- Cooking
- School run
- Helping kids with homework
- Time with my husband
Those that don’t:
- All the TV shows I watch
- Shopping
- Drinking wine and gin
- Eating junk food on the sofa
- Social media
- Working beyond what I need to progress in my career
- Playing mobile games
